The client required a medium to long term loan facility to release equity from the two assets already owned, and to part fund acquisition of the two assets being purchased. The client’s overseas ownership structure added complexity to the transaction. Due to the low yielding nature of the subject properties, obtaining the most competitive pricing was key.
