Today saw the official launch of WR Capital, a London-based boutique debt advisory business headed up by Westley Richards.
A well-respected figure in the industry, Richards has already arranged £50m of property finance through a variety of lenders since soft launching WR Capital in April of this year.
Covering the whole of the UK, WR Capital will arrange finance across the capital structure, from bridging and development finance to mezzanine and longer term investment finance.
Richards has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate finance, working at investment banks such as Credit Suisse and, more recently, at a Mayfair-based debt advisory business.
WR Capital covers all real estate asset classes and represents a wide range of high net worth individuals, property companies and funds based in the UK and overseas.
