Prior to joining WR Capital in 2020, Theo worked within the debt advisory team of a London based boutique structured finance business, where he focussed on structuring and arranging investment and development funding on behalf of a UK property investors and developers. During this period Theo successfully coordinated the completion of many complex loan facilities secured against a range of commercial and residential asset classes, including office, retail, logistics, PBSA, PRS and Co-living.
Theo’s career in real estate began at Avison Young in 2014, where he worked in the Planning, Development and Regeneration team, gaining exposure to numerous competencies, including Commercial Valuation, Development Viability, and Site Assembly.
Theo graduated from Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law in 2012, and later obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Real Estate from London South Bank University.
